This policy explains how and when we ship your order.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or festivals, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days across India and 7–12 business days in the UAE, from the date of dispatch. These are estimates and may vary with location and courier conditions.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate at checkout.
Beyond India and the UAE, we ship in bulk to other countries with proper export documentation. For international bulk orders, timelines and charges are shared with your quote. See our Bulk Export page.
